From today (28th July 2008) our old legacy web site has been disabled. All functons are now in our new web sites and billing system.

Billing Migration Process - invalid email addresses

We are part way through the migration of all customers accounts to our new billing system. When an account is migrated the customer gets an email with a username and pssword that allows them to access the billing system and update their details. A large number of these emails are being returned as undeliverable because the address we have on file is no longer in use. This means that some customers will be unable to log in or recover their password. If this happens to you, please put in a support ticket with as much detail as you can (hosting or domain username and password) and we will get your email address updated to a valid one. Log in and see all the domains you have registered
View expiry dates
Renew domains
Set domains to auto renew if required
Store card detailson file for regular purchasing
Register new domain names
Change name servers
Change registrant (where permitted)
Lock and Unlock (where permitted)
This is part of our Nameroute domain registration service.
