Accessing the mail manager

The mail manager can be accessed by going to www.domain.com/xmadmin

 

Setting up a new POP3 e-mail account

Log into the mail manager using your domain name and the password sent to you in our welcome email.

Click on domain admin.

Click on create new user

Here is how to fill out the form:

You can now add their name and personal details. However, this only affects their webmail settings and can be modified when the user logs into the webmail interface.

 

Setting up a mailing list

Follow the instructions (above) for setting up a POP3 account but tick the list box.

You can then click on "Add members" and add addresses to the list.
