Getting Support

Step 1: Check the support manuals

Using the manuals is by far the quickest way to get help with most common problems. The manuals give in depth information on the functions of your web hosting account and control panel. They have built-in search, so you will be able to find information easily.

Step 2: Have you lost your password?

If you have lost your password for the control panel/FTP, please login to CORE, where you can change your username and password for cPanel/FTP for each of your services. If you have lost your CORE username/password, please reset your password at the CORE login page.

Step 3: Contact us via the Helpdesk

We can only provide support with problems relating to the hosting of your site on our servers. We can’t help you write scripts or fix web pages for you! For this type of support, you may want to try using our GetSatisfaction page for others to help you out.

Telephone and Fax

We do not currently provide technical support by telephone. This is mainly because we have staff in several locations, but also because queries can be resolved substantially faster when submitted via our helpdesk.

Our helpdesk is structured to help you explain your problem clearly. This allows us to resolve it more quickly. Your support request will automatically be passed to the team best able to assist you, and you will also receive a ticket ID back immediately via email to track your request.
