How do I order and renew services with Hostroute?

What is a service?

A service is currently either a Domain Name or a Hosting Account, SSL certificates will also be available shortly.

What payment methods do you accept?

Hostroute currently accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, EuroCard, Visa Delta, Maestro (Switch), Solo and JCB cards. We also accept Paypal.

How do I set services to renew by themselves?

Firstly you’ll need to have a valid credit/debit card on file within CORE. Then you’ll need to click on “Hosting Accounts” or “Domains” then click on the service you want to edit, you then have the option to to set the service to “Auto-renew”.

How do you notify me that a service needs renewing?

Hostroute notify customers via email (to the email address you have on file within CORE) 31 days, 7 days and 1 day before the end date of the service. If you also insert your mobile phone number into your profile within CORE, Hostroute will SMS you renewal and password reset reminders; you can set the exact parameters within CORE.
